Arrowhead located 12 miles west of Vail and 2 miles west of the entrance to Beaver Creek, began sales in 1983.  In 1993 Vail Associates, Inc. acquired Arrowhead?s ski terrain and real estate holdings.  Today Arrowhead offers single and multi-family homes as well as town homes and condominiums.
